Indoorwalking is cardio training. It is a new group physical activity performed in unique and purpose built elliptical machines only available at the Indoorwalking Training Centre. This workout respects the natural movement of the body and it is performed using all the muscle groups in different degrees of speed, resistance and positions which together with great music and trainer guidance get amazing results for those practicing it. More than 500 calories per session.
Indoorwalking is a program conceived in a European high performance centre that can be practiced by anyone starting with very basic physical skills and because there are no aggressive movements, there is no impact and it is very easy to learn, it is highly recommended for all those who want to lose weight, want to start training again or are simply tired with the conventional gym activities and want to peak their cardio condition without getting injured.
